A Credit Card number will be request to hold spaces for ALL new guests. This is to ensure 24 hours notice on any necessary cancellations. If you have a service that’s been already been paid for, we will still take a card number. If an appointment is missed within the 24 hour cancellation period, you will be charged the difference in price from the voucher to original price or treatment. If you are self pay, the 50% of your scheduled treatment will be charged to your card. You can always expect to receive an email and text reminder from us 48 hours prior to your appointment. Feel free to confirm online when the email arrives, if not – we may call you to remind you.
We understand life happens, if you are running late, please notify us so we can try and make adjustments to the schedule so other guests aren’t affected.
